Production process
Casa Molares is not located where it is by chance – just a few metres away from our sea facilities. Fish comes into our Handling Area directly from the ship's holds, with the appropriate hygiene and sanitary conditions. The Handling Area is also equipped with a Fresh Coldstore Room with a capacity of over 100 m3.

Processing is carried out "by species" and is packed into boxes designed to keep the organoleptic characteristics of each individual fish. In this manner, our customers receive the product in the best conditions.

QUALITY CONTROL
The first control is based on our own company philosophy whereby Casa Molares always acquires top quality products. The following step involves the arrival of the fish in our Handling Room where our operators separate out the pieces that do not come up to optimum organoleptic conditions.

From that point onwards, in order to guarantee the best quality in our products, several characteristics come into play such as how our production process is set up, several sanitary and hygiene aspects, our specialized personnel and a logistics network adapted to the specific characteristics of Fresh Fish.
